Message: I wish there was a 6th star, these guys were wonderful. Seth worked with me and helped me when I bought almost a brand new car and it came to me very abused. He didn’t stop until it was perfect the way he wanted it. Amazing job guys thank you so much for everything.

Message: Erica was friendly and very helpful! I brought my car here for a quote after it was damaged by a fly away canopy tent. I thought there was only one spot of impact, but Erica was extremely thorough and climbed up to inspect the entire roof. She found 2 other impact areas that I was unaware of. One was sizable but the other was a very small dent. Very happy she found these because I was able to get it covered by the other parties’ insurance. You can’t tell there was ever any damage. Plus, the repair was completed a few days earlier than the eta. 10/10.

Message: Went with Carstar due to seeing how good the reviews were and I was not disappointed! The process was seamless since they worked on behalf of my insurance company. The team members I interacted with, Seth and Valeria, were always helpful and nice, and I especially liked that they will call you with updates throughout the process so you’re not left in the dark on your car’s status. The work speaks for itself and my car looks better than it did prior to the damage even happening. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend others to do the same!

Message: I've used CARSTAR twice and each time I 've been thoroughly satisfied. The first time I was tboned and needed to leave my car for a period of time. They -Erica- was very helpful and secured me a rental complete with pickup. Erica also stayed in contact with me keeping me informed every step of the way. The second time, I had a busted taillight replaced, which they took care of while I waited. All in all no one really wants to use a car repair service but accident do happen. When they do, CARSTAR is the best place to get your car fixed.
