Message: My mom and I landed in Texas and had a rental paid for. Unfortunately being so close to the border they required additional credentials. Traveling I did not have what they requested. I called Joe as last resort and told him my situation. Joe stayed past 6 pm worked w me over the phone, plus picked me up and showed me back to the hospital. Great guy! I highly recommend him! I had a car within few hours.
