Message: Written on 8/5/22. I was in a car accident and I hit a curb at a high speed. I broke/ damaged the following things from my car:. - CV axle shaft. - left front lower control arm. - left ball joint. - left loaded strut assembly. - left outer tie rod end. - left inner tie rod. - left axle shaft seal. I overall thought and was expecting the entire process to come out extremely expensive from calling other auto repair shops. A&W however, gave me an extremely reasonable price, and I called pretty routinely to check up on my car. Never once did they ever give me attitude, and were extremely good at communicating the process and the situation of my car. They were patient, extremely generous and honest for that matter, and got me back on the road like nothing happened to my car in 3 weeks for a process that should've taken 2 months.. I highly recommend this place not only for the quality of service that they give, but most importantly, but how transparent and amazing open communication they had with me/ with their customers, and last but not least, the amazing understanding they had with my unique situation.. I'd like to also include that they're willing to tow your car for about 85$ at the time of me writing this!

Message: UPDATE 7/14/22:. Please be aware that they now have two locations. I come to the one off Burnham because it's more convenient for me. I've had excellent experiences in both places. Today, I met Ozzy at the new location and he's such a nice guy. My car got taken in right away and the new location is just amazing and comfortable. Good job Austin and his team! You will get very far and continue to grow. I'll be there with you all through your continuous growth and excellence.. I really love bringing my car to A&W. Austin is a very polite and honest guy. His team worked on my car very well. They took their time to do quality work. Austin gave me a pay-in-cash discount that really helped a lot. I feel confident taking my car all the way to El Paso to get services done. My car had been taken there by the prior owner and he gave me history on my car that made me feel confident I made the right choice. I will continue to go there and recommend A&W to anyone who wants dealership work at a fraction of the cost. Thanks to all of you!
