I've said this about a couple of other shops, but I mean it whole heartedly when I say their honesty is one of the top qualities this shop has. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. If it's anyone who knows these vehicles in and out its these guys, and Mark is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Message: Mark is a genius! He can diagnose problems accurately and make efficient repairs quickly. If you've got a Mercedes, especially an old one (mine's a 1985 380SE), you know how rare such expertise is. Plus, he's honest - a prior mechanic quoted me $2K for an elaborate repair, but Mark took one look and said, "That's not the problem, it's this little thing and it's $95. " Plus, he's a great guy and is happy to show you around his shop, which is a ton of fun. Customer for life!

Message: This review is long over due. I had a problem with my Mercedes e350 running rough and the check engine light coming on. Mark diagnosed it as needing a new ignition coil and replaced it at a very reasonable price. He also fixed my side marker light that wasn't working free of charge. Mark is very knowledgeable and honest and I would highly recommend Arthur's.

Message: I’ve owned S class Mercedes for 7 years. Used dealers from Minnesota to Texas and can say that Mark and his team at Arthur’s are top of the line! They are family owned and operated for decades. They care about your vehicle and give you the best Quality and Price around. Usually 30% under what Mercedes wants and it’s usually serviced or repaired faster. The only trade off is Mercedes will provide you a loaner car but it’s not worth the cost and headache given you get get rentals for $7 a day now.. Truly a rare find of a business!

Message: Yesterday we have an emergency repair done at Arthur’s Mercedes, and all i can say is they are incredibly nice people. We are not local and were just driving through Dallas, and thank you Arthur, Barbara and Mark for doing everything that we can be back on the road as fast as possible. Our car was repaired, the job was done with incredible knowledge and quality. The place is full of history, and thats what i loved also. I liked talking to Arthur, Barbara, Mark and Bill, we have a nice chat, and to hear the stories of Arthur’s life was just like reading a book. P. S.
