Message: My leaf spring broke on my 2021 Silverado. Went to Classic Chevy in Sugarland. They coudnt care less. Went over to Auto Check, they set an appointment for the next day. Brought it in. They worked with my extended warranty and boom. Work complete in 6 hours. Done! I will NEVER go back to Classic Chevy ever again. These are now my go to guys! Thank you for your great service.

They contacted the manufacturer of the part, they replaced it free of charge of course because that’s Auto Check- First Colony. They are customer friendly and honest and trustworthy. I’ve trusted my car with them so many times and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ms. Sandy at the front desk is the best! Great customer service and always has a good attitude and a welcoming spirit. Message: I have taken my vehicle to this shop on several occasions for servicing and with excellent results. My AC unit recently quit working and I made an appointment for service. Sandy, I believe, got in my vehicle to begin the service process. I noticed that she sat in the car in the parking lot for several minutes. She finally came into the waiting room and ask me to come out and get into my car. Behold, there was cold air coming from the vents. She kindly pointed out to me that I had failed to press the proper button to activate the AC portion of the cooling system. I was quite relieved not to have expensive AC work done, but as a former airline transport rated pilot, I was somewhat embarrassed at my not noticing this. I guess Sandy saw the expression on my face and simply wished me a good day and sent me on my way. This is my shop as long as I own and drive a car.

Message: I had taken my car in for noises coming from my engine. I also knew I needed my routine oil change and brakes checked. They found some problems and gave me a detailed estimate. They were very thorough in their explanations of what needed to be done. I had them go ahead with the work. While running errands with my husband in his car we noticed his car was starting to overheat. After borrowing my daughter’s car, we ended up at Auto Check again. So now they had both cars getting repairs. I have to say we received excellent results from the repair on both vehicles and the work was done within a reasonable time frame. We got both cars back within a couple of days and within the estimates we were given We got detailed receipts of what was done and a written guarantee. Both cars are handling well and we are happy with the outcome. Thank you to the great team at Auto Check. From the receptionist to the mechanics, I was treated with respect and professionalism.

Message: I've used Auto Check several times with great, affordable service. They had replaced the tire sensor on my car last year. It recently stopped working so I took it back. Not only did they do a warranty repair, but when rotating my newish set of tires from someplace in Houston, the noticed a bubble. A call was made for a new tire and I didn't see a bill.
