Message: BEST. MECHANIC. EVER. Especially BMW and Mercedes and Lexus and Accura. Ask for Jay. The "service writer" and office manager is Jay's son, Jason, but he knows his stuff and a whole lot about cars. All here are very knowledgeable. They are no more (and, many times, much less) expensive than any other good garage, but in any event certainly much less expensive than the dealers. I know of several neighbors and friends who were very happy to discover how competent these folks are with their old (and even new) cars. If Jay knows someone who can do a job better, or cheaper (but right), he sends you to them. He might be one of the last honest mechanics on the planet.

Message: I've brought my car here 3 times, twice has been overnight. They are friendly and seem honest with fair prices but I cannot give 5 stars because there has been a lack of or no communication on my last two services. No one ever calls to update me on progress all day or tell me my car will be kept overnight. I have to call and hound them for communication on my only source of transportation. Communication means a lot when it comes to providing excellent service.
