We spoke of looking at it would take the previous day, and I showed up to have them take care of it right then and there. I’ve been to many shops to speak to them about doing some work on my vehicle. Message: I found Autocrafters in Round Rock, TX after an accident on I35; I was looking for a collision repair location that could get my vehicle in for repair within the month. An endeavor not even my insurance company or the other insured’s insurance company could provide. Even before I met the owner personally, Chris was making calls concerning my desire to pursue the ‘at fault’ insured’s insurance for liability. Even as I chased this guy for accountability and was about to give up they never stopped reaching out to help me. Autocrafters is a family owned and operated company that exceeded my every expectation for not only service, but also friendliness and compassion. This man treated me like I was his family in every sense of the word. His daughter gave me a ride home and the service adviser at the front desk was genuine and caring. This may seem like an anomaly in today’s landscape of service degeneration, and it is! I was fortunate to find reason to believe in what I thought was long eroded; humanity at its finest at a time personal distress.

Message: Chris Haywood and company did an amazing job fixing the hail damage on my Tacoma. They were very professional. It looks like I just bought my truck. It was also detailed when I picked it up. I had no issues with quality or communication with Autocrafters. Should I need body work again I will use Autocrafters. I highly recommend them.

Message: My Honda was side was side swiped on the driver's side, while I wasn't present in the car. The damages didn't look too bad, but I had to find a place that performed auto body collision repairs due to the nature of the accident. I heard from a good friend of mine that Autocrafters Inc does an amazing job with what I needed, as he had done business with Autocrafters in the past. I gave them a call and spoke with both Chris and Buddy throughout my experience. They were both extremely friendly and very helpful with walking me through the process on what needed to be repaired and how insurance needed to be handled.. After taking my car to Autocrafters, Chris and Buddy were able to get all the pictures (for the insurance company) and assess the vehicle's damages to see what needed to be repaired in a very professional and timely manner. While time wasn't exactly a factor for me, it took roughly 2-3 weeks between needing to get things approved by the insurer's insurance company and repairing the entire left side of my vehicle.. Chris and his team did such an amazing job I thought I was looking at a new car. As an added bonus the car was detailed, too! I will never forget such an amazing experience and I'm forever grateful for Chris and his team for doing such an amazing job. Thank you so much!
