Message: The service was excellent Haley the front person was a joy to speak with and Sonia keep in touch with me on a regular basis about the progress of the repair work. There was a problem with my rental car (not Bates fault) but they took care of it for me so that it all went smoothly. The repair was great they matched the paint perfectly even the though the vehicle was an older model. I would say they provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I highly recommend their shop to anyone needing repairs especially for older model cars.

Bates Collision surpassed ALL of my expectations and then some! The people are friendly and professional. I was kept informed of their progress by a daily txt and knew when it would be completed. The workmanship/CRAFTMANSHIP of their work is outstanding, I feel like my 2016 F150 pickup is new again. This company is representative of what all great American companies should emulate, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
