Message: Great experience, Mr. Betancourt did a great job. He dealt with the insurance adjuster himself. Which increased the initial quote by around 300% in order to fix every single thing that was damaged. Went on and beyond that he even covered a couple of days of the rental car due to job going past the 30 days insurance maximum. Delay caused by insurance adjuster taking 9 days to respond, he kept everything well documented and used it to explain every step of the way.

Message: Wow, so the owner was a pretty awesome guy. Soon as I came in, he was pretty friendly and welcoming. He even gave me a lot of information and advice over the phone. He let me know right away that he 100% cares about the job he does and it really shows. My car was hit and took some pretty gnarly damage on the front hood/bumper/grill. The owner worked with my insurance and got all of the damages covered. The owner did set accurate expectations about the time it would take to fix everything. When I got the car back, I couldn't believe it was the same car. It looks brand new! Amazing work! Thank you so much to Betancourt's Collision Center on the awesome work you did! I'll be taking my car back again to get another damage fixed.
