Message: Needed back brake job on my fj. The last two shops that did the work did I was really not happy with. They told me they are really tight, appointment wise, but would try to fit it in. Because they are so well respected, I was willing to wait. I will never go anywhere else.

Message: ****10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND- Every team member we've talked to has been so much help. I always refer anyone who asks to go to Benson's! They get you in and out quickly and their prices are fair. We've been there a few times now and one time they even helped us with our tire pretty much at closing time without an appointment. They're amazing and I send all my friends and family here if they have troubles.

Message: My wife's car broke down in Dallas today and I had to have it towed to an unknown mechanic. I called Benson's, told them the problem, and they gave me a rough estimate of what to expect for parts and labor. That's how much I trust Benson's! Will always recommend to anyone I know around Webster / Friendswood / League City!

Message: I was traveling and needed an alignment, along with a couple of tires; my son suggested Benson's. They had me drop it off, stating it could take 4 days to fit it in. It was ready earlier (2 days) than quoted, reasonable price and job well done.

Message: The best car shop in town! They do get really busy so they prefer you make an appointment. They are honest with you. I went in to get my brakes done, and they told me I had about 80 percent left. They could've just changed them out and charge me for brake job. Aaron is the guy to talk with at the front desk!

Message: My review is overdue. My catalytic converter on my 2009 Honda Element was stolen Jan 2021. My friend's mobile auto mechanic highly recommended Benson's to replace. They were professional, friendly, efficient, priced fairly and knowledgeable. About a week after it was replaced I brought the car and a Cat Clamp catalytic converter security apparatus I bought online to be installed. It was a first for the mechanic and he did a great job. I sat outside the bay watching the process since I am curious, and once finished he let me walk inside and explained exactly what he did in the installation and why. Took less than an hour to completion. And, praise the Lord, my converter is still there.
