Brake Check

Message: I didn’t think it was possible anymore… but these folks provided PERFECT service. Prompt service, clear communication, respectful interactions, easy automated payment. We chose Brake Check because it was close, but I would go out of my way to take my car there now.

Message: Great service. Kind, helpful and courteous technician aligned my SAAB correctly. He set camber to where I asked and my car is driving better than it did when I came in. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on and don't forget to tip your Technicians well, they deserve it..

Message: I had never had such a quick and easy going experience while servicing my car. I was in and out for a wheel alignment in less than an 45 minutes! My car's battery had actually died while parked at the Seton Hospital garage. I came over to Brake Check to see if they could help. They were so kind to give me a hand and get my car running again. I was planning on finding a car shop to service my car that same day and since they were right across the street I decided to take it there. I am so glad I did! They were fast, friendly, and easy to communicate with.

Message: After going to TWO jiffy lubes to get an oil change and being turned away from both because they were out of oil and oil filters I was directed to Brake Check. The mechanics were informative and respectful (which is unfortunately rare). They got the job quickly and correctly. Will definitely be back!

Matt & his crew was able to get me in within 20 minutes of me calling. Matt’s crews are professionals are without a doubt & they are fast/efficient. I definitely prefer this Brake Check location instead of the other ones. Matt & his team took care of me in a very timely matter! Let alone Matt’s customer service is beyond great. Message: Great experience with all aspects of my business and repairs done at Brake Check! The Service Manager Matt was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me and explain the work I needed on my brakes and alignment. He and his Techs checked all my linkage and tires also and found a problem that I chose not to do for now but he still gave me the information I would need for parts if I chose to do it later or on my own. I felt comfortable with my choice to come here especially being semi new to Austin so thanks guys!
