Message: Mike saved our vacation. My 2013 Outback died 40 miles West of Lufkin while driving from Austin to Mississippi. Mike suggested a tow truck and was willing to let me leave it with him. We rented a car and continued our vacation. He called the next morning with the good news that, after some research, he fixed the problem and he did not even need to replace any parts. I was desperate but Mike did not gouge me at all. He was even glad to arrange for a phone payment and a Sunday pick-up of my Outback. We made it back to Austin just fine. I only wish Mike was closer to Austin so he could do all my Subaru work.
