Message: The winter storm in Dallas had its effects on many residents, including helping me to slide into a curb. When the weather let up some I started on my trip to Georgia only to find out the alignment was off. I went to Butler Alignment in Tyler while on the road and they discovered my LCA was bent. The guys had the part in stock and went above and beyond with the service, helping me get back on track on the road. Car had a nice smooth ride all the way to Georgia!

Message: My Honda had a bolt break on some work I had done when I was out of town. I explained to Butler Alignment & Brake what happened. Both shops are apart of the Napa Auto care and I was trying to see if things were under warranty. They were able get some of the labor covered and the part wasn’t actually broken just the bolt that held it there. They didn’t try sell me a new part were honest that it still worked. Didn’t take long. They even a few days later texted to see how the car was doing after the I paid and picked up the car. No frustrations and I’m a fan.
