Message: I arrived and was greeted by the awesome team at the front desk. I then made contact with "Dotty. " She explained everything to me that I needed to know. No false promises, just the facts. She complimented my car as we walked around it to inspect the hail damage. Dotty was in constant contact with me on the status of my car. (I even received a text message at almost every stage of it's completion. ) Dotty was so pleasant and apologetic when my vehicle took longer than expected for completion, even when the reasons were out of her control. I will DEFINITELY go back to this location in the future. Thank You Dotty.

Message: Our daughter recently was involved in a car accident. We elected to take the advice of our neighbor and visited Caliber Collision. My wife and I were graciously met by Dariela “Dotty” who was very thorough in the inspection of our car. She was very detailed in explaining all the work which would be done. We received updates constantly while they worked on the car. My wife was impressed and very pleased with the result. When we picked up the car, it was like picking up a whole new ride. Everyone from the two ladies at the front desk to my advisor, to the multiple employees just walking by all checking to make sure I was being helped when they saw me waiting. My advisor was extremely helpful in answering all questions and being available to take all my calls. Service was handled in a very reasonable time from what was quoted (actually a day early). Even had the Shop manager greet me on pick up day to verify the service I was given was to my expectations. I’ve had decent experiences with body shops in the past but the level of service this shop provided was A++. Thanks Caliber Collision.

Got it replaced and made sure everything looked and worked right, he kept me fully informed of the progress and made sure I got my car back on time.
