Adrianna was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, made my appointment for estimates very smooth and easy. I would recommend this body shop for all your vehicles paint and body repairs. The people who did the PDR I believe work for Solution Works and they are clearly amazing at what they do, but I have to also recognize the outstanding customer service of the guys at this Caliber Collision. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, answered any questions I had, and I received my car back looking like it did when I drove it off the lot at the dealership. They even provide a shuttle service and delivery upon completion of work. I found a few imperfections after the initial job, but this was no problem as the team here gladly corrected them and took my concerns seriously. I’m horrible with names, but I worked with Doug and Christian today and they were both a joy to talk to and cared a lot about my satisfaction. Thanks again!

My advisor Fernando Hernandez went above and beyond at drop off when the receptionist was late he came out got my name did my final walk around. Went over all the paperwork and got me a ride home. Kept me informed of the process with automated texts about progress and cost insurance/mine. It was easy and since two vehicles were damaged I’ve asked him to be my advisor again if possible.
