Message: This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve taken to this location so needless to say I trust them with repairs. The only reason for 4 stars is because there isn’t much interaction anymore, everything was communicated via text message and unfortunately did not include specifics so I wasn’t fully informed and aware of the actual status of my vehicle. I understand in our current climate that businesses are busy but if I have to call to get more information it’s still taking time from the assigned associate. I appreciated the original personal and personable contact I received when I took my first two vehicles and I missed it this time around.

Message: Second time using Caliber collision for my repairs. I appreciate Robert, the receptionist and the manager. They all made sure my husband and I were content with the services done to my car. There was a small issue that got fixed immediately. Customer service was awesome and they kept me up to date on everything being done at the time it was being performed. Message: Robert and the guys at this location are awesome! I called to ask about panel clips that had broken on my driver's side door. Robert told me to come in so they could take a quick look at it. I stopped in and was helped right away! The guys knew exactly how to affix the clips to ensure the panel would snap back in and stay! I'm so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received here!

Message: I had a small scratch and dent on my 2022 Ford Mustang, and the touch up kit with the proper paint code was only available through Ford for an astronomical price. The branch manager Alan offered to take a look for me, and actually free of charge buffed out as much of the scratch as possible, and offered advice on the dent as well. Now it's hardly noticeable compared to before. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy. The front desk clerk walked me through the process of getting the origina Ford paint for as little as possible also. If I ever find myself needing collision repair they'll definitely have my business. Good, honest shop. I've posted before and after photos of the damaged area.

Message: My car was dropped off there and they ran into some issues getting parts. I was a little freaked out at first but the General Manager Andrew called me and talked me through it. They were able to locate the parts and get me on my way. The great repair work and friendly staff was just a bonus! I definitely recommend this shop for their prompt service and honest communication!
