Message: Stefanie at the denton location was great. Car looks brand new and Stefanie responded back to text messages in a timely manner. Sierra, the girl in the front who answers the phones, is rude and hung up on me twice and lacks customer service skills as far as patience and working with the customer when the insurance is 3rd party. I recommend the shop, but avoid interactions with Sierra for an impeccable experience.
