We’re very courteous and friendly Steven assisted me and communicated with me so that I was updated on the status of my vehicle repair. Steven has assisted me with my vehicle repairs for almost 20 years and he is the best in the business. I want to thank the GM, Rick for checking in on me during the process and thanking me personally after I picked my vehicle up.

Message: Very fast and reception girls are a hoot! Can somebody please crash my car so I can visit C. C. (Caliber Collision)?! UPDATE>>AFTER being fixed for 2weeks now, my AC quit, lights flashing on the dash-total chaos. One quick phone call to Brantley, who quickly found my guy:RAFAEL -this guy is the best.. pushed all others back to work on mine within minutes of pulling up. He took it to the back and within a few minutes he came through the door with a THUMBS UP. Turns out a wire in the firewall had pulled loose He had his guys fix it then and there! At no charge! I wonder if I bring my wife up there.. can he adjust her attitude??? Never say never with Rafael.. he gets the job done! Thank you sir for your professional approach and your empath. Many body shops out there.. but they don't have Rafael!
