Message: I have used Chucks wrecker service at least twice since moving to Beaumont. Both times, they have been professional and very cordial to deal with. The wait times have not been unreasonable either. Today, they towed me to a shop in Nederland, only for the shop to say they can't help me. He loaded my motorcycle back on the wrecker and towed me from Nederland to back to Beaumont for a very reasonable rate. He took great care in loading and unloading my bike. I would recommend them to anyone.

Message: Engine failed on the side of I-10 outside of Winnie and AAA never sent anyone. Called Chuck’s and he got out to us and towed us to the service center within an hour and a half. Quick, good conversation, 195 for the thirty minute drive but for the time and generosity I have no complaints.

Message: I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that towed my car, but he was a true professional. He took great care of My Dodge Challenger when I lost my key on a long trip and had to take it to the dealership for a replacement. He was kind and made me feel very comfortable as a female in a town I'm not familiar with. He was also very patient while they unlocked my car so I could get my wallet and release the e-brake to unload more safely. Thank you!

Sadly, some unexpected problems came up and I was unable to initiate the call I'm time and he had to released the driver.. He was very cordial, professional, and understanding. I also apologize l, I must have sounded so rude on the phone when I hung up, and did not mean to sound rude, and would consider you in the future, still.
