Message: I have used these guys for many, many years, with different vehicles, and I have always had a great experience. Always great prices, very knowledgeable, and dependable. In the nearly 10 years I have gone here, I have only once had an issue, but that was a faulty part, but since the part had a 1 year warranty, they replaced it. I was a little sad that I had to pay labor for it again since I did not cause the issue either. I guess I kind of understand that they have to pay the labor, too, but I still think there should be a way for that warranty to pay it. Since I did not receive any info on the warranty, I don't know what all it included.

Message: Had some rear brake pad grinding get serious quick. Stopped in @ 4:30p to ask if they had time to get in and out today and that I already purchased the pads. Was told, “No problem. Pull right here up front. ” by the boss man. He had techs on it asap. Guys knocked it out in 45mins. Just charged for labor. Very reasonable. Top notch work and service. Will be back for any other automotive issues.

Message: Quality! When I say these guys know what they are doing I mean it. I have had issues with my tires over a year going to different shops and no one tried to figure out why all 4 of my tires would go flat. Replaced so many tires because of other shops. This shop was different. They don't care about the money.. they care about their customers. I appreciate this place and will definitely continue to bring any car business here! Thank you so much! Oh and we were in and out within 20 minutes!
