Message: First called and spoke w/ Steve about my window issue and what I was told needed to be fixed. After explaining it to him, he told me what he sounds like it could be, but to take my car in and he can look into it. After getting my window purchased. I took my car to him, and he found out what was wrong. He was able to install my window and get all my windows to work properly now. He explained everything to me to where I could understand. From the receptionist to Steve, the customer service I received was amazing. I will definitely be using Doug's Automotive more often. Message: Had my car break down on us and not being from here I had no idea who to take it to. Had a friend recommend Dougs and man was it not only fast but very affordable. I was in and out in less than a hour. Steve helped us and was very knowledgeable explaining step by step what was actually wrong with my vehicle and at the same time he was very friendly. Message: Steve at Doug’s Automotive is a good mechanic that offers a fair deal with a great attitude. They answered my phone call and Steve called back promptly and discussed my problem. My Subaru had bad Cv’s and went lump, lump, lump when turned the steering all the way. He ordered parts and told me they would be in Thursday. I asked if I could bring the brake rotors and pads I had intended to do myself and would he put them on. He said sure, I’ll put them on. When I arrived early on Thursday, He said the car would be ready about noon and wrote down my number. He called about 11:50 and said it was ready. Price was a little better than I expected. Perfect!

Message: A rare find in this industry. Steve is amazingly knowledgeable and honest. Now that i know of him and he's worked on my car, i am already afraid that he will retire and not be available. His knowledge is awe inspiring. Wish more people were this committed to their trades. He is also just a great guy with a good sense of humor and super easy to visit with.
