Message: The staff here went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The branch manager, Lance, was very professional and understanding to my situation. The sales member, Joey, aka Mr. Exotic, was very professional showing me everything about the car since I hadn't used that class before. Well done to that team, solid performance!

Message: Easy website to navigate and find a car they had plenty of available for me. Drove over and they actually opened the door for me with very professional service. The car is clean and neat, check out was easy and electronic, I will definitely rent from here again.

Message: I went through Costco Travel and located this Enterprise to rent a vehicle. Overall everything went well. I was disappointed that I requested a full-size SUV but when I arrived there were none and the employees attempted to put me in a compact SUV. Due to my situation at the time, I politely declined. I waited over an hour before a full-size SUV was available. The employees were polite, but I found it annoying that I reserved a vehicle with the understanding that one would be available upon my arrival… and one wasn’t… a phone call notifying me would have been helpful.

Message: Rented a very nice vehicle from here for several days via State Farm after a collision while my car was being repaired. I did want to know what kind of vehicle I would be driving and I did have a specific pick up time. I thought it was weird they could never verify exactly what vehicle I would be driving. But.. that is just how it works. They have to rely on customers returning vehicles so they can't guarantee detailed information on exactly what vehicle will be ready when you arrive. Overall it was a good experience. I was in and out quickly and ended up driving a newer edition of my own vehicle that was in the body shop. I returned the vehicle vacuumed, full tank, and ran it through a car wash. They did inspect the returned vehicle and verified my deposit would be returned. I do appreciate very much that they give you a lift to and from the auto body repair shop. Being rear ended was a stressful experience. But everything was handled professionally and quickly. I would rent from this same location again.

Message: The absolute best branch I’ve ever rented from. Lance was my first point contact when I called and arrived to the branch. He was so welcoming and made the process as easy and efficient as possible. When I arrived the cars were being cleaned and washed and he kept me informed of everything every step of the way. After my insurance paid my car off due to it being a total loss I had to extend my rental multiple times and that’s where I began to work with Austin. He was so understanding and willing to help in every way possible. Austin would call to make sure I was good and satisfied with my rental. He helped and supported me all way through my month long rental and even after I returned the vehicle he phoned me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Kudos to you guys and the wonderful work and the pride you take and the care for your customers. If you’re ever in need of a rental Enterprise Tomball is the place to go.

Message: My experience with Enterprise in Tomball was amazing! I was picked up promptly and taken to the center where my vehicle was waiting with no wait time. Austin G. was very helpful and called to check on me throughout the duration of my rental. At the conclusion, of my rental I simply left my rental at the body shop, and they took care of it from there. It was very convenient.

Message: My experience was great from the beginning. The rental associate was very nice and patient answered all questions I had. They have a new location just off 249 on the frontage Rd. They have plenty of vehicles to choose from and if they don't have any they get them in pretty quickly.
