Message: Fixed up my 10 year old car with a transmission in record time and fixed a coolant leak as well. Lewis was great to deal with and got me back up and running again! Thanks!

Message: Awesome guy, helped to not only have the truck fixed but took the time to explain what the problems were and also the work that needed to be done to fix it! I have been back many times and I have never been disappointed. Lewis and his team get my vote whole heartedly!

Message: Last week, on Wednesday morning, I noticed my 2013 Toyota Camry had some sporadic, but increasing, moments of transmission-hesitation, shifting into 1st gear after a stop/red-light… when going straight forward, or, after a right-hand turn. [On the Saturday, prior, I had driven to Arkansas and back home (N Dallas) on the same day. A quick 500 miles. So, when the hesitations started, I suspected it might be low transmission fluid. But, my Camry has a “sealed transmission”. Thus, there’s no dipstick. Also, there was no dashboard warning light indicating any problem existed. ]. I got to Eagle Transmission. I heard Sean explain to a customer, on the phone, how he/they find problems and determine costs based upon repairs. It made sense and sounded fair. I was fearing a financial hit in the range of $500, on the low end (to unseal my Camry’s transmission and replenish transmission fluid… and/or find and seal some pint of leakage). Up to $1, 500, or higher… for a rebuilding. Gulp! I left my key and went home. A few hours, later, Sean called me… with GREAT news! That my Camry had NO transmission problem, at all. He explained to me that the Eagle tech, assigned (who goes by the name “Memo”) took my Camry on a customary test drive. Memo had discovered that the floor mat had gotten bunched under the gas pedal. Thus, creating sort of an involuntary governor. (I was a little embarrassed. But, in my defense my Camry’s interior is all black. That includes the floor mat and gas/brake pedals. I just couldn’t see the problem. ). I asked Sean, what cost did I owe? He provided me with MORE good news… that there was NO charge, for just test drives! At the same time I felt self-embarrassment… I felt appreciation for the integrity that Sean, Memo, and Eagle Transmission had exemplified. There motto reads, clearly, “The One To Trust”. I am a believer. If/when I do experience a transmission problem… I will be returning to Eagle Transmission.. P. S. I do believe Sean (or, Memo?) vacuumed my floor mats, for me. They were certainly cleaner, when I picked my car up…. then, when I had dropped my car, off. Great service!

Message: I brought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to them and instead of just telling me to replace my transmission like the Jeep dealership told me I needed to do which was going to cost me $8300. 00 they ran all the diagnostics for free and told me that my transmission is actually fine but a sensor just needed to be reset.. I would definitely recommend taking it to them! It's refreshing in today's climate of everyone just trying to charge people for services they checked it out and charged $0 unlike the dealership.
