Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Message: Had a great experience here - minus a mix up about a damage waiver but they worked with me to remedy it. And I loved the vehicle they put me in.

Message: I rented a vehicle this week for work purposes from this Enterprise location. We were unable to pick it up the scheduled day, but our associate, Mr. Gabriel Torres, worked with us when we arrived to find a vehicle that fit our needs. He graciously allowed us to take a different vehicle when the original one had something wrong with the door hinge. Nothing too big, but it made me nervous. Switching was not an issue.. Also, I accidentally left my garage door opener in the rental and Gabriel recovered it for me. He had it waiting for me when I came back the next day to pick it up. Gabriel provided us with excellent service and I will definitely be using this location again in the future.

Message: Adrian and his guys at Enterprise saved me with a sweet 2020 Toyoto Sienna minivan in the pouring rain when I had to leave my car for repairs at Toyota. Mind you, I had my 4 and 2 year old with me.. The process went along very smoothly, and I didn't even have to go into the facility because of the portable tablet he had for reviewing the contract and submitting payment. Adrian was very kind and thorough and made me feel comfortable driving away in their car in the pouring rain. When I returned the car the following day, I simply dropped off the keys and was credited my full deposit. Thanks Enterprise!

Message: This Enterprise provided me with an outstanding experience. They didn’t have the pickup service on a saturday due to short staff, so they offered to upgrade my car for free and they went above and beyond. The white lady and the black gentleman working behind the desk were extremely courteous and apologetic for not having the pickup service. This has been the best my best experience with Enterprise yet. The gentleman even took a picture of me with the car when I asked him.
