Message: I came in July 3 to have a scratch on my car assessed to see if it would cause rust. I don't remember who it was who assessed the scratch, but she gave me the helpful information that the scratch only affected the plastic part of my car, and so wouldn't cause rust. That information helped me make the decision to not repair the scratch right now. I really appreciate the honest assessment of my car!
