Message: Another great experience at "Flores Automotive" took a 2014 Chrysler 300s in due to ac blowing cold on passenger side and hot on driver side. They figured out it was an actuator issue. Before throwing parts at the situation I watched Bobby try and relearn the actuators. Unfortunately an actuator needed replacing but I highly respect and appreciate him trying the relearning process before throwing parts at it. Good honest people at Flores Automotive. Replaced actuator that needed be and now ac is blowing solid cold on both sides. Thank you Bobby, Thad, Jacob and the rest of the Crew. I recommend Flores Automotive!

Message: Honesty and Integrity plus great customer service and an awesome shop dog. Stopped in for a nail in my tire. He pulled it in the shop pulled the nail then brought my car up. No charge! He said it didn’t go all the way through! He could have easily charged me and I would have had no idea! Awesome shop! The big box down the street told me I’d have to wait an hour before they could pull it back! Love supporting small businesses! Thanks!
