Message: This shop is mostly fair have used them for years. But the last time I went and had about 600 dollars of work done. The did work that I was never called to authorize. When I push back about it that I was never called the did remove the charge. Then I go to pay the then inform me I will be charged to us my credit card a 2 or 3 % fee to pay for card processing. This is unacceptable they never have done this in the past and not tell me upfront is kinda messed up. It is crazy to me that they want to charge 130 an hour plus charging almost double for the same part I priced it after, they now expect customers to pay for a cost of doing business. Just think if Kroger or the gas station started to charge a process fee to use a card. After a decade of being in the area I have to start looking for a decent shop that does not expect the customer to cover cost that every business has to pay.

Message: I highly recommend this Goodyear-121 on MacArthur. Popped in for an oil change in my classic car, once up, another major issue arose, they fixed it on the spot, an at a very reasonable price. This could have saved my life. Thank you, thank you! Owner Marcus took on the challenge, Svc Mgr Jon spotted an fixed the danger. This was service above an beyond, refreshing, like the old days. I’ll definitely go back here for all work possible.

Message: Sure it's a recognizable name, but the staff and management at this Goodyear have a friendly, neighborhood attitude. Marcus' crew does their best to analyze your auto problem and give you an honest appraisal without stiffing you on the price. A courtesy ride home -- and return pick-up-- are nice features, too. I have been a customer for at least 20 years. They service all three of my cars. It's my cars' home away from home.

Message: This place is fabulous! My dog couldn't be left home alone after surgery, but I desperately needed an oil change. I called ahead and they let me know they are dog friendly! Thank goodness - and everyone was wonderful with this sweet old lady while she watched the world go by. Service is great, they never try to upsell you services up you don't need, and they're dog-friendly. Plus they have a cozy waiting room with outlets and wifi if you need to work. What more do you need?.

Message: I use Goodyear MacArthur Tire & Service for oil changes as they are one of the authorized locations through my warranty. Even with the $35 credit through the warranty I ended up paying over $50. 00 which is slightly lower then I would pay full price at Wal Mart. As for regular service work, I got quotes on replacing my spark plugs in both my cars and the quotes were on par with other mechanics.. That said after the warranty is over I'll go else where for my oil changes as they are pricy for that service but will definitely consider them for traditional mechanical work.

Message: I’ve been taking my cars here for over 10 years. This is one of the best businesses I have ever patronized. The staff is skilled, friendly, communicative, and ethical. I’ve had everything done from oil changes to major engine work and they have always diagnosed the problem quickly and competently, given a fair price, and completed the work successfully. I think all of that is great, but one of the best parts is just how nice they are. Genuinely kind. I think Marcus must hire very carefully because every staff member I have worked with is thoughtful, and really cares about their work.
