Message: The place is very nice and pleasant. I personally like campsite 13 because I think it is the most beautiful one. Had many good times at this place. Bathrooms are nice and well-kept and there is an office at the front that sells propane, ice, snacks, firewood, charcoal, fishing equipment, etc.. The river is the main attraction however, absolutely stunning with some massive tree's growing from it. They have a rope swing towards tent site 15 or 17 that's always fun.. Place is about 15min away from a Walmart in case you forgot anything and is an all-around great and peaceful location. Highly recommended.

Message: Park was average. After reading reviews beforehand it was about what I expected. Access to water is nice. You do have to go down a hill to get to it but it’s not as bad as some say. I do agree there are a lot of long term people staying and a lot of the rvs are worse for wear. I did get the junkyard feel. Might help clearing some of those out and changing to short term only with a few long term. All hookups worked great no issues there. And lot sizes were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Message: I love the location on the Guadalupe River and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One set of bathrooms could use a tune up though there is another set for RVers only that is really nice. The laundry is nice too. There is plenty of riverfront property to walk on and fish from. There are cows to watch in the pasture, and donkeys too. The little store has just about everything we would need including ice and wood. They can do onsite repairs and even have some nice affordable storage.

Message: We stayed for four nights this last weekend and had an excellent time. The site was clean and quiet, friendly neighbors, and had no problems whatsoever. The staff was very personable and attentive and overall it was a wonderful experience. Access to the river is a short walk away from the back of the property, with parking available if you don't want to walk there. We have decided we will definitely be back in the future, we had a great time and look forward to doing it again soon. For those wondering, they have Wi-Fi available which was quite stable even at the furthest part of the RV slots, they have 50, 30, and 20/15a service at each pedestal, along with two water taps and a sewage port. The slots are covered in road base and well packed pea gravel, our campers were quite stable throughout the trip.
