Message: Harold, Pam and their team did an outstanding job on 1 of my work trucks (2006 F150) and even with parts being hard to find (not their fault) they explained everything to me. I got it back, with a slight tremor at highway speed while towing, took it back to him an explained what was happening and he stood behind his work and fixed it under their generous warranty. No one else I could trust with my transmission from here out. Harold is a stand up guy and a man of his word, and Pam is such a sweet lady. Even their tech is a very nice guy. Such a great business they have made. Props to their small business and as always, keep it local!

Message: I am a foreigner in this country and came to study as a student. I don't remember his name, but the gentleman at this establishment took very good care of me. I thought there was a problem with the car's transmission, he drove my car, he said it worked fine. He took 15 minutes to understand whether there was a problem or not, but he took a lifetime to master it. Despite this knowledge and sparing time for me, he did not receive any money. As I said at the beginning of my comment, I am a foreigner in this country, but it made me feel at home. To me, someone to be trusted for expensive repairs like transmission.

Message: Harold is probably the single most knowledgeable guy around when it comes to automatic transmissions. He's a very pleasant man with a completely laid back style and demeanor. If Harold says your transmission is okay, and nothing's wrong with it you can take it to the bank. Anytime I took mine by to have him check something out about it, he's never charged me a dime. A decent respectable guy to be sure. Try Harold, you will like him. He knows his stuff.

Message: What wonderful service I received the other day when my car was having problem and not quite sure what the problem. I went to talk to Harold and after describing the issue he wanted to take a look at the car instead of me having to pay for a towing fee. I took him to my car and he looked at it and took it for a test drive only to find out it was a rock thrown into the wheel. It was fixed after he worked with it for a few minutes. There was no charge for his service. It was just great customer service helping another person out. I thank him for the help and keeping me from paying for an unnecessary towing fee. Thank you!
