Message: Before coming, avoid that huge ramp so you don't scrap your car. Yes, even a U haul will scrape. Turn on the second right. Saw a lot of low reviews. I've been using them since 2019 about 5 times now. There has never been any problems for me and they do try to upgrade or find a car if a car is not available. Seems the phone is always ringing. They always do pick up and help me when I call. I've never been charged anything or had a trashed car. Few experiences at Enterprise has made me avoid them. So far so good at the moment.

Message: Slow service. Car given to me with 1/2 a tank of gas. I have never rented a car that was only half full. A few days later i filled it up after being told my car would be 2 to 3 weeks in the shop. 2 or 3 days later my car was ready. Hertz told me i was out of luck and would not be reimbursed for returning the car full instead of with a 1/2 a tank. Keep in mind if i had returned the car with less they would have charged me 3x the cost of gas. Fair?.

Message: Muyiwa is the man! We got screwed by the Austin Airport Hertz and he came out to our hotel to pick us up and helped us get everything we need for our rental. He was great to work with and made renting with Hertz good again. Rent from this Hertz, not the airport!
