Message: Our truck decided it wanted to die on the way back from camping. I had seen the trucks since we live by their business office, so I called them. Rhe guy on the phone was very friendly. They got us off the side of 59 within 20 minutes, towed home safely, and even parked the truck perfectly in its spot. Driver was super nice and gave us suggestions on the issue and possible fixes. Will definitely use them again if the need arises and definitely recommend.

Message: Got 2 flats on IH-59 in middle of the day. Was left stranded by progressive insurance for 3 hours as I was standing outside in Houston heat. Message: We went through the company Nissan told us to and my wife sat on the side. of the road from 1245 until 1530. Just shy of 3 hours. Nissan need to change companies to Humble Towing. I called Humble Towing they said be there in under 30 minutes. They arrived in 24 minutes very nice and quick. Had the car to Nissan even before we arrived. Great job.
