If they find a problem that costs, then they call before and give you the options. I have used them more than 10 years and have always been satisfied and even impressed with their service.

Our daughter was having issues with her vehicle and a different shop she has to use to calibrate her “I screwed up and drank before driving” device tried to tell her she needed struts, shocks and new tires. This was to the tune of $1800. Thankfully, she told me this and I had her go to Acute where NONE of this was wrong … NONE! They checked everything over, recharged her a/c system which was empty (2015 vehicle) and $1800 turned into $150. Where some saw a female to take advantage of, Acute saw a customer to treat with respect and kindness. I will ALWAYS recommend Acute … ALWAYS!
