Message: My brand new Audi was rear-ended in the parking garage at my condo. The condo took responsibility for the repair (one of their valets hit my car). They called in JR (Junior) who has worked with this condo for over 20 years. I met him at the car when he came to look at the damage. He really knew what he was talking about. He picked up the car on a Wednesday and dropped it back off on the following Tuesday. Great service considering he had to order the parts. He replaced the rear bumper and associated stainless covering. The work was perfect. He said it would be better than new. It was a least as good as new. Looked like it just came off the showroom floor (which it had two weeks earlier). I have worked with a number of body shops. His was the best I have used. I highly recommend him.
