Message: Super helpful and nice. Got in within a couple days and they were happy to check my brakes and confirm what I need as well as replacing them. I paid way less than anywhere else, which I admit was a little suspicious. And I was right to be. They replaced my rear brakes and rotors, but they kept squealing. Brought my car to the dealership to find that they didn't use "commercial" brakes which is what is causing the near unbearable squealing..

Message: Very good customer service; the lady I spoke to was polite, helpful, and honest. I recently replaced everything on my front end (steering & suspension) at home by myself, but I was unable to get one particular rusty tie rod end off on the passenger side. Given that I already bought the part (MOOG) I didn't see the need to buy another one (Firestone wouldn't install my part; I would have to buy one of theirs.. they also wouldn't quote me on how much it would cost to do so; just kept asking me to bring it in.. SMH) and thankfully this place elected to install the tie rod end for me and align my car. At the current time yes, they are busy so you will have to schedule an appointment. God bless you!
