Message: I have used Jack's Paint & Body shop for over 15 years with numerous vehicles. I had two teenagers. Jack has always been the utmost professional. He fights for my rights w/the insurance company, is competitive and goes out of his way to provide excellent service. I had sold one of my old cars to my niece and it was stolen & stripped. I would not consider any of the body shops in the city she lived in and drove the vehicle 5 1/2 hours just so Jack would work on it. He is that good. The car looks brand new. After seeing it, my now adult son insisted that Jack fix his vehicle so he could sell it. We drove it 8 hours to get it to the best place around. I cannot ever imagine anyone at Jack's shop doing anything that would warrant a bad review. I cannot sing his praises enough. I think the fact that I and my family would move so far away but still insist on bringing our vehicles to Jack's Paint & Body is testimony enough. The first car he worked on of mine was a car that got scratched by a Container Store employee. I never thought the fact that my car being painted would make it subject to being questioned when I sold it to a Car Max. I told them what had happened & that the car had never been wrecked. I gave them Jack's name and he vouched for me and I got the top price on my vehicle. What other Paint & Body shop would do that for a customer years later?.
