Message: The service I received was courteous and as professional as could be expected I guess, yet sketchy and somewhat uncertain feeling. Hard to explain but I know this much, double charging me to recover my vehicle that had been stolen was down right sinister.

Message: I was heading to Simpsonville to be with my family during the loss of our grandpa and broke down on I-26 and I called around looking for someone to tow me and I came across Jordy at J&N towing he was leaving the office when I called he answered the phone told me about 35-40 minutes he was there in shorter time than he originally said. He allowed my girlfriends and I to ride with him to drop off the car after we changed locations. He still looked out for me price wise. His customer service was amazing. Thank you Jordy for going above and beyond I will definitely recommend his service. Keep looking out for people and God will continue to bless you.

I called J&N and they immediately sent a driver, and the driver was extremely kind and helped make my difficult situation very smooth. I reach out to the owner of J&N and he was pleasant each time I spoke with him over the phone. And when we arrived and met it was just the same. After the payment was completed.
