Today there was a large storm, and Landon let me get into my car at the bay entrance to avoid getting wet. Very considerate. Thank you Landon and Kwik Kar! We will be back.

Message: My son is a student at UNT and called me about a VSC light that was blinking. Not being from the area I did not know where to send him. He told me this is where he gets his oil changed. I called ahead of time and told them he was coming. They diagnosed the problem and reset the dash light and the error went away. They told him to drive it and come back if the light came back on. I appreciate their honesty. They could have sold me almost anything and I would done it. If he ever needs anything I know where he is going. Thank you to Landon and Gerald at the Colorado location. Message: Landon and Gerald are AMAZING! They took great care of this gal who commutes every day and has had other mechanics try to "take her for a ride". Single ladies out there know what I mean! We are always concerned that we are being sold something that isn't needed because we are women. But not here! They genuinely seemed protective of me, the customer. Landon was patient and kind and listened to all of my concerns and gave them validity. Gerald didn't want to make me spend anymore than necessary on an older vehicle. They made a very rough time for me so much easier to get through by making me feel safe and secure in my vehicle. Landon had to deal with me ALOT so I give him props for maintaining his cool when I'm sure I wore him out! He would always smile and say "That's my job". I work in customer service and let me just say, there is "doing your job" and then there is "going the extra mile" to help someone out. I appreciate the "mileage" you guys put into my jeep and to me, as a customer!
