My car was hit at the DFW airport on March 9th, I was new in the area so my 1st thought was to take my car to the dealer, they had a contract with Magic Touch, when I got there, it was very full and busy, they guy tried to help me but they couldn’t take my car until April 3rd. Since that was too long, I googled another body shop and I came across DG collision Center, which had really good reviews. I called and Shah, the manger, told me he could take my car immediately, I asked them if they work with Sedgwick and he said yes. So I went there he took care of everything. Sedgwick adjusters were difficult to work with, but Shah is very knowledgeable and he will guide you through the process. He will talk to the adjusters, so let him handle it. He also answers your text messages quickly and your phone calls for updates. He is a very honest person, after a month my car was ready, it looked like new. Because that’s what they intent to do, leave your car as it was before the accident. Thank you Shah and thanks to your team, you did a great job, and I am very happy about it.
