Message: Whenever I visit local venues, I'll look at Google reviews, Yelp, etc., and take it with a grain of salt. Sometimes people write negative reviews simply because they're wanting to tarnish the business (more likely a competitor in most cases), or they're the type that have very high expectations and can never be satisfied. But I'm the type that'll base my opinion more on the fact that, I'll form an opinion after I talk with them and after I've received service. And if there is ever a problem, I'll try to resolve it first before spewing rhetoric online in an attempt to retaliate in some way.. like posting a bad review. Well, Kral Bros EXCEEDED my expectations after I received my service and their knowledge and expertise impressed me! I really like it when someone 'surprises' you with the outcome. Basically, better than what i was expecting. So yeah, these guys are the real deal, and as far as I'm concerned; they know their stuff. And judging by the customers cars that were there.. it seems they've got a good customer base who trusts their ability, just as i do now. Great job KB!

Message: Kane's is amazing! It's pretty much a ' one stop shop ' for anyone's car. They took care of me with just some general maintenance, but I'll be coming back soon for my state inspection!

Message: All I can is the one thing that makes a customer keep coming back is how they are treated. But then if you add on excellent quality work into the mix, then you will have a loyal customer for life. And this is one of those establishments that gives just that. Truly am a very happy and satisfied customer. Will definitely highly recommend.

It is comforting to know when confronted with a problem, there is no reason to search for the business to take care of it. I sure wish this were true of other aspects of life.

We bring our vehicles all the way from Aubrey, Mc Kinney, and Frisco. “Why in the world would you go that far just to get auto service?” you might ask. Well, it’s getting harder and harder to find auto repair that’s quality, honest, and fair priced! When I first tried Kane’s a few years ago, I went to Dealers and other places to get quotes and then when I went to Kane’s and they gave me a better price and showed me that some of the service I had been quoted was not needed. My family has found their service to be of very high quality and most always better priced. You will find that Terry Kane values your business and will treat you that way. I hate spending money on car repairs, but when I get service at Kane’s I feel that I got the best value for my money. Terry is honest, fair, and cares about how much I have to spend to keep our cars running.

Message: Kane's took the car right in and fixed it up for considerably less than what we would have been charged at a commercialized mechanic. Kane's fixed what needed to be fixed rather than "fixing" a bunch of things that weren't in need of repair. No complaints at all; we love Kane's!
