Message: Vic the driver saved me! He was very professional and got there quickly. I was stranded in an intersection near a very busy gas station he was able to load the van even though it was in a very odd position. The truck was super clean and he was very professional.

Message: We were on the freeway south of Lubbock with 2 flat tires. We called them and the lady on the phone was great, answered our questions and told us they would be on the soon. We had called AAA and been told 4+ hours maybe. Larry from Lubbock Wrecker was there in less than 30 minutes, knew about the quirks in our Mercedes and promptly went to work and got the car on the flat. He also told us to wait in the cab which was air conditioned (105° outside) and then let me and my wife ride with him to the drop off. Also helped unload our luggage and put in the Uber we called. This was absolutely the best service and pleasant experience we could have had. Cannot recommend enough! Six stars!

Message: My car broke down in a parking lot and they were quick to come and tow it once I gave them a call. Robert was friendly and did a good job. $90 to get towed 5 miles which seems expensive but was competitive with other companies.

Message: Lubbock wrecker service has great people working for them. Their equipment is top notch. We have used them before and every time they have been called they have done a great job.

Message: My vehicle got stuck and OnStar put out a call for a wrecker truck to get us out. Cantu Wrecker accepted the call and after an hour (the time they stated they would be there), I called to see their time of arrival. They said it would be another 10 mins. I waited 30 mins to be on the safe side and called OnStar back who stated they cancelled the call for no apparent reason.. Lubbock Wrecker Service accepted the next call and had an hour response time. Because we were on a county road, I guess it was hard to locate us. Larry called within the hour time frame to let me know that he's enroute, but needed a more accurate location and allowed me to send a pin drop to him of our location. Within 15 mins, he and another lady (I forgot her name) were pulling up to get my vehicle. They were both very nice and extremely professional. The car was stuck in some pretty thick mud, but they were able to get it out fairly quickly and have me on my way. Before leaving, they advised me I could follow them and they would be there if I were to get stuck again (which I didn't).. I can't speak on the pricing since OnStar paid for the service, but I do highly recommend and appreciate them.

Message: A little expensive but well worth it, driver very knowledgeable of the situation and got me unstocked from mud in no time also they got to me in a timely manner.
