Message: I took my wife's vehicle in for body & paint repair. I'm the type of person that is very suspicious and concern about the way others have done/do business in their body shops. What I really liked about this place and Mr. Razo's was that he was very friendly, honest, trustworthy, and very clear & direct about explaining the process on the vehicle (how many days it was going to take, and how much each section was going to cost with final price). In fact, he answered most of my questions before he finished explaining to me the entire process. He got the work done within the time limit he said he would, and kept his promise about the final price (he didn't add hidden fee's like other body shops do to make a quick dollar), and may I say the car looks great just like new, before it got hit. What really stood out was him not trying to make extra money out of the process, only the necessary parts to repair the damages. He even painted some scratches at no extra charge. I highly recommend Mr. Razo Body Shop for anyone who is wanting to repair their vehicle(s), and is not sure who to trust their vehicle(s) to. From now on, I am going to take all my vehicle repairs to Mr. Razo.

Message: I took my car in for a body repair. What I like more than anything was Mr. Razo's honesty, and integrity. Yes the work itself was well done, car looks great at a reasonable price. But what stood out was, he was not trying to make an extra dollar out of the process, only what was necessary. For example, I asked if he could paint the front grill of my car black, he responded he could but, he would not recommend it, due to the paint chipping if a rock were to hit it on the road. I later asked him if he could possibly buff my wife's car, which he responded with, "I would need to see the current condition of the paint, to make sure it could even handle the work. " He explained in more detail how it could effect the vehicle in a good or bad way. I have been to other places where I asked, and they did the job without question, charged me, and damaged my clear coat. In ending this review, if you not only want great work done on your vehicle for a fair price but, you also want an honest, transparent, trustworthy customer service oriented person. Then look no further then Mr. Razo's body shop.
