Message: Brakes plus did a wonderful job they were kind helpful. They explained everything I needed done to me. It’s the first time I actually felt like I wasn’t being walked on at a shop. Everyone was in such an awesome mood kept things in a light fun mood. Price was reasonable! They had a place for me to keep cool! Message: Omg where do I begin great customer service Chris and D are very honest and upfront people they really care about your car and what it needs. I watched how they handle all their customers all with care. They don’t tell you what you wanna hear I was there for two hours but it definitely did not feel like it I felt so welcomed there I enjoyed myself. Even though I moved to McKinney I rather come to Carrollton and have my these guys help me with my cars.

Message: I came to Brakes Plus to have my air conditioning looked at. Thankfully, the compressor was fine, but the pulley and serpentine belt was not. The freon was drained as well. The team here got me both parts in a timely manner.. Brakes Plus did the work and filled my car up with freon. Came in a little after 3pm and got me out just after 6pm.. Fast, friendly, transparent, and they got the job done. Thank you guys for the fast repair, great customer service, keeping my car cool before the spring heat and dog days of summer. I am so grateful to find a great repair place at the last minute.

Message: HONEST and FRIENDLY: Marnia Wilhoite SMILED the whole time, explained how they need to put the car up on the rack and see what needs to be done, that I may need additional work, and Dale Romain later rang me up, also friendly and smiling. They DID NOT hit me up for additional unnecessary work, everyone's biggest fear. I appreciated the detailed report print-out diagram showing me the readings and what was fixed. The service was quick well under an hour and the waiting room was clean. I'd recommend the GM, but he didn't come out and shake my hand/wasn't in the store. Ha ha ha.. I'd recommend them every time.
