Message: Stephen Meredith was awesome. My car wouldn't start on Monday morning. On Tuesday I contacted Milstead and on Wednesday they sent Stephen and he and another associate were great. From the beginning to the end. I will recommend Milstead to all of my family and friends.

Message: We have used Milstead automotive since we moved here 6 years ago. We have always been happy with their service but this last time they went above and beyond! I have a 2015 Ford Explorer. For most of it's life it would die when you were driving it. It would always start right back up. No one, anywhere knew how to fix it. It took a while with Milstead but they figured it out! I don't know the name of the mechanic that figured it out but kudos to that young man! Jim Lucker was the person I dealt with and he was awesome. He kept me up on everything. This problem my car had was very persistent but they kept trying until they figured it out! I want to thank them so much for not giving up. I will continue to use Milstead and so will my children and anyone else who will listen!

Message: This has to be one of the toughest years of my life, as I’m married and I’m struggling right now. I thought I would make it to work with no gas but I got stuck. I was blessed that Stephen came through and helped me. He had his friend come and give me some gas and I was so grateful for the both of them to come and save me. Best service ever thank you.

Message: Mr. Stephen Meredith was exceptional. He came to my rescue and went straight to work with no dilly dally or hassle. He was efficient and proficient with his craft. He helped me in just a nick of time so that I can be on my merry way to work. It was faster than jimmy johns fast. He even helped me understand what to do if I ever find myself in a similar situation. I really appreciate his diligence and speed.

Message: Mechanics were very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. It is evident they are not there to take advantage of anyone and are there to do what is right while providing the best service! Plus, Steve the tow driver was very kind! He provided a curtesy tow for me and my kids to get safely off the freeway. He made us aware of Milstead and by no means pressured us into going to their shop. Moving forward, this will be our go to mechanic shop!

Message: Our daughter’s car was hit by an SUV, horrible phone call to receive. Double rollover on a busy intersection due to lateral impact on her side of the car. Milstead Towing arrived and took their time to safely remove our car from the public roads and take it to their holding facility in Spring, TX. After the dust settles and we could think straight we made it to the holding facility to pay for the services and do our part to get this part of the situation taken care of. Emotionally challenging to finally see the mangled mess of metal left after your child has been in such a horrific accident, but Ms Melody too such amazing care of us at the office. Lord bless this company and their wonderful people. She was just a kind heart when we needed it most. She explained the process and what our next steps were and even gave us some time to talk to her manager Larry and allow us to get our belongings out of the car. Just a blessing when we needed it most. Larry was truly a gentleman and I’ll always remember his words of sympathy and encouragement. And this is how a horrible situation birthed and amazing customer service interaction with good Texas people. I just can’t Thank y’all enough. Stay blessed.

Message: I was involved in a pretty bad accident and Was referred to Stephen by a friend. He was Very professional, caring, and took care of everything including taking my car to Milstead collision center. Ii have not been in a wreck in over 50 years and don't want to again.
