This morning I drove out there in a panic since I saw that the front end of the car was loose (underneath the hood). Although the owners were not there, Elias fixed it as a bolt had gotten loose and Carlos was kind enough to translate for me. I am so very grateful for their help. They would not charge me since I'm a customer. An additional bonus.
