As a female, I tend to get anxiety when it comes to paying for anything for my car. However, Scott was very professional and just learned that he is highly recommended based on all of the reviews. REMEMBER: You get what you pay for.. so if you're looking for the cheapest tow, keep in mind:. 1. You could end up with a damaged vehicle because of neglect. 2. Get a contracted or inexperienced driver, not an employee. 3. Have an old or unreliable tow truck that is more likely to break down. 4. If you are dissatisfied, you are usually stuck with the problem. Pro-Tow Wrecker in Lewisville is bonded, insured, and have great reviews! Message: My radiator busted on my truck on June 15, 2023. I called Pro Tow to tow my car. It was a fast response, and the toll driver, which was named Bear was very generous. His attitude was great and service was exceptional. He also made sure I was taken care of to the best of his ability. I would recommend Pro Tow to anyone that has car trouble or just needing the car towed. I was beyond pleased with my experience with Pro Tow.

Message: If I could give more stars I would, these guys are the BEST they put the PRO in tow. I found myself in a situation and needed a tow. From the initial phone call the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. She told me my driver would arrive within the hour. Almost immediately after I received a call from the driver stating he was 10 minutes from me, he arrived and got me on my way. The driver was very informative and helpful, he even made sure I had a ride from the shop we took my car too. The whole process was better than I could imagine. Thank you Pro Tow!
