Message: I brought my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 to A&R Automotive on Friday morning (5/19/23) with a braking issue. I was only going to be in town until Sunday and talked to Christian about the issue and my dilemma. Christian was very nice and told me he and his techs would jump right on it and let me know ASAP what the issue was. Within a few hours he contacted me and said both Rear Wheel Sensors failed. I requested he install new OEM sensors and he said he would if available at dealership. By the end of the day Christian called me letting me know they were able to get OEM sensors, repaired my truck and I could pick it up when I was ready. The best thing was Christian stayed after closing to allow me to get there, pay and pick the truck up because I had an appt Saturday morning and it would’ve been tough getting there before they closed Saturday. The repair cost was very reasonable. The service was excellent. Being from out of town, Christian got me out of a pickle. Thank you, Christian and to your team for a job well done and for immediately addressing my issue. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work. Message: I brought my 2006 BMW 325i to A&R Automotive with 4 broken engine mount bracket bolt that were stuck in the engine/transmission body. If anyone understand how bad this issue is, you will appreciate what A&R Automotive can do. I told them this is not an easy one because of the tight space to work with and the broken bolts are aluminum, so welding an extension to the stuck bolts is not an option, still they took the job without hesitation. A day later, Rene called me and told the issue was fixed. And best of all, the repair cost was VERY VERY REASONABLE, the reason I am saying it is because I know a thing or 2 about car repairs, and this task is not for the faint of heart, Rene and his team did it. Thank you, Rene and to your team, a job well done. This job requires experience, the right tool set and right attitude, you got it all. very impressed. Keep up the good work. Message: They were so friendly and professional here. The waiting area was very clean and they were fast with the repairs as well. Same day! I had a few concerns and they always answered their phone so quick and were courteous in addressing them. The cost was on par for the scope of service, but I'm glad I went with such a profit group.

Message: Rene and his entire team are there doing a great job. I have used them for multiple repairs on several occasions. They’ve worked on my F350, Lincoln MKZ, Tundra as well as I have referred family and friends who have been very happy with the quality of work and reasonable prices. Message: Update*. Came back and spoke to Rene, the initial guy I worked with in the past. As I'm still considering about getting a new bumper, I just want it fixed so the liner doesn't flap in wind. Should I decid3 not to get a new bumper, I'll come back and have him get a new liner like he asked. The point is he wanted to make it right.. Thank you.

Message: All of my reviews have been to places I've gone to often. This was the first time I went to this place. I replaced my inner and outer tie-rods and struts so I needed a front-end alignment. I'm not a mechanic but I know my own stuff about cars. We had a good conversation and they were respective of me even though I told Sal I don't speak Spanish.. Furthermore, the alignment only took 40 minutes even with their schedule. I got there just before closing and they got me in and out in 50 minutes.. April 30 2017: I took a second car in to get the alignment after I changed the front shocks. I told Sal I just changed the shocks and he gave me the regular price which I like. I walked out of there having paid $64. 35 for the front wheel alignment. That's compared to $80 at Firestone.. I've always wondered what the difference is and always make me think why those big named guys charge more for the same service. All I can think of is "you're paying for the brand".
