Message: Lots of Kwik Kar franchises, this is the only one you should use. Fast, no trying to sell what you don't need.. Last visit they found a small leak that could have been big trouble down the road. Vehicle still under warranty so took it in. In fact, it was the folks at Kwik Kar whoa advise me to do that and not have them fix because it would cost me money I didn't need to spend. Was going to take it to the dealer anyway but they didn't even try to make money off of me.. Highly recommend the Hurst location.. Update: Went there this morning for another oil change. Another 5 Star visit.

Message: Needed an oil change so I brought my car to this location. From the time I made it in until the time I left the customer service that I received had to been some of the best I’ve ever experienced in life. Jake pinpointed every issue my car was having & also explained in deep detail the consequences if I choose to ignore these warnings. I’m a “YouTube do it myself kind of guy” but once he explained what it would take to replace brake fluid I was sold. Jake not only helped me with my vehicle but he also taught me a few new things today. If you would like to experience the customer service I would advise EVERYONE to come her. They’re great‼️.
