Precision Body Works Inc II

Message: I had a fender bender and folks at Precision were wonderful. Not only did they do an awesome repair job but finished quicker because I was under a significant time constraint. I hope I don’t need their services again but if so I would definitely return.

Message: Hit a deer. Car is new snd low miles, i was surprised they matched the paint so well. Turnaround time was great. Staff excellent.

Message: I went to 3 different auto repair shops and no one could figure out what was wrong with my car until precision body works looked at it. They fixed the problem and I’m so thankful. I would definitely recommend them!

Message: I have had my truck for 14 years. In those 14 years, I have had 2 accidents. Precision has been my body shop for both accidents. I have been very, very happy with the way Precision has repaired my truck both times. Corey and Samantha were great to work with and have been very professional and courteous. They made sure that I was happy. Here's to hoping for no more accidents, but if it happens again, Precision is definitely the place to go!

Message: I needed repairs after another driver ran into me. Precision went above and beyond and made sure my car got all the necessary repairs (the original estimate from the other driver’s insurance was well below what was needed). Everyone here is amazing and so friendly, as well. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

Message: Someone backed into my daughter's car while she is living in Lubbock attending school. She is 3. 5 hours from me so she had Precision Body works repair her car. Looks good but when she was home for Easter I changed the oil and discovered part of the old bumper cover support hanging below the car and the rubber shroud that goes between the grill and the radiator not installed but shoved between the grill and the radiator blocking cooling air from going through the radiator. Explains why it was getting hot at stop lights. Very disappointed in the work received at Precision Body Works II. As a follow up: I did speak with the manager at Precision Body Works and he was appreciative and genuinely concerned at my experience, spoke to the technician involved and said he would start inspecting work closer before it left. Precision Body Works also compensated me for my time installing the baffles correctly. Owning my own aircraft repair shop I understand these types of issues and thank them for stepping up when there was an issue. I would take my car back to them if the need ever arose.
