Coming from the East Coast and being unfamiliar with the area, I was particularly concerned about finding a reliable and secure place for my car. However, the team at Lakeshore Automotive made sure to create a safe space for me to learn, even if I lacked prior experience in working on cars. Their patient approach and willingness to teach left me feeling comfortable and supported. From now on, I'll be bringing all my business their way and confidently trusting them with my vehicle needs.

Message: My family goes to them all the time and they are always friendly and helpful. Steve explains what the problem is to the detail and even showed me the part replaced and why it needed done! They will even give you transportation if you need a ride and cannot stay. I highly recommend them!

Steve’s goal is to take care of you as a customer and build a relationship; he will shoot you straight and recommend what is important to fix now vs what is not a priority at this time to make sure you don’t spend money replacing parts that don’t need to be replaced. I wish I had found Lakeshore Auto sooner than I have, but I am glad I found them when I did!

Message: This place gave excellent service and were very upfront about everything. They also have a service called snap that helps take a huge chunk out of how much you would have to pay and you don't need credit. I only paid a little amount for them to do work on our engine when at first I would have paid close to $1600 and when they found something wrong with the car they just fixed it with no additional cost. The Owner steve was very nice and kept us up to date with what was going on all around 5 stars. Definitely if you need work done on your vehicle this is a great place with great service.

Message: After being fed up with my experiences at other car shops around here, I'm delighted to say Lakeshore has earned my service as long as I'm in the area. I initially came in for a simple oil change and state inspection, but the technician found my oil pan leaking due to misuse with the previous place I was going to. They showed me exactly what was going on first hand and explained the repairs needed and my options with it. They got the whole job done much quicker than I was expecting and the price was very reasonable for the service provided. I won't go anywhere else for my car maintenence. These guys will take real good care of you.
