Message: As a young woman I’ve found that auto shops tend to upsell or encourage unnecessary repairs. And oftentimes they speak to me like I’m a small child who couldn’t possibly understand what they’re talking about. NOT this shop. They are the ONLY place I can trust to be straight with me and professional. I have taken my car here numerous times for repairs and diagnosis, they always get me taken care of quickly at a price lower than their competitors. Today I went in because of a check engine light, they resolved the issue in under 30 mins at no charge. I recommend this shop to anyone who is sick of being taken advantage of when trying to take care of their vehicle.

Message: I will definitely go back with any other car troubles. Don was great and explained everything very thoroughly, even showing me the broken parts after they replaced them. He was also great with my kids. As they were looking at the A/C, they found a problem with the oil, something I knew was a problem already, so I gladly had them fix that too. I went somewhere else to get another quote, and these guys were cheaper even with the oil fix. They seem very honest. Only feedback I'd give is that it would have been nice if they had checked they had the parts initially, because I ended up making a pointless trip and having to come back, even after calling them saying I was coming. When they did fix the car, it took 3 hours, which was not a bad wait for us.
